This bracelet is made with coquina shells collected at New Smyrna Beach, Florida, while we were visiting Frewsburg Gramma in November 2008. The beads are tigereye from Michael’s craft store. It’s made with stretchy elastic, so it will fit small wrists. Click the picture for a more detailed view.
Please note this bracelet is a little delicate – the shells can be crushed by leaning on them too hard or dropping something heavy on them (like a MySQL book). For this reason, you get two extra shells when you buy a bracelet, along with instructions for replacing the broken or missing shell.
