  1. Oooooh no, no pictures. I made the saddest tortillas ever last night. My mistakes were twofold… not enough lard (I think) and too much water. I rolled them out and laid them in a stack, and when I went to cook them, they were all stuck together in a giant clump. So I angrily mashed the clump back together and rerolled them, and they were not thin enough and terribly misshapen. They didn’t bubble up like they were supposed to. Disaster! But Trav & Bleys said they tasted good, anyway.

  2. I think there is a lesson to be learned: Don’t re-roll dough angry. :D

    (Tip: If you think the dough is too moist, sprinkle a little flour in between each one as you stack. Just wipe the excess off before cooking.)
